- Articulation with elementary science support staff.
- Provide feedback and guidance to support professional growth and effective science instruction.
- Prepare recommendations for tenure in collaboration with building principals.
- Support mentoring and induction of new and probationary teachers.
- Convene and facilitate department and district meetings to establish instructional priorities.
- Promote equitable access to advanced coursework, research opportunities, and enrichment programs.
- Support student participation in science competitions, research programs, internships, and recognition opportunities.
- Collaborate with building leadership on staffing, scheduling, and program implementation.
